This research was conducted in the experimental pen of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Marine and Fisheries (FPKP) of Nusa Cendana University. This research lasted for 15 weeks consisting of 2 weeks of adaptation period (to rations and pens) and 13 weeks of data collection period. This research began on May 20 to September 5, 2025. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the balance of protein and energy in the ration on the non-carcass parts of local Rote sheep. This study used 12 local Rote sheep with an age range of 8-10 months with a body weight range of 10-13 kg with an average of 11.8 kg (Coefficient of Variation 5.6%). The method used in this study was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 3 treatments and 4 replications, namely R1: Standard protein and standard energy, R2: High protein and standard energy, R3: Standard protein and low energy. The results of the statistical analysis showed that the treatment had no significant effect (P>0.05) on the percentage of non-carcass and non-carcass components of red Offal and non-carcass components of green Offal. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the balance of protein and energy in the ration in the given treatment gave relatively the same results on the percentage of non-carcass components of local Rote sheep.
