The tree-planting program is a strategic and inclusive step toward addressing environmental degradation at the village level. This study aims to describe the implementation of a tree-planting program as an effort for greening and environmental conservation in Bunuraya Village. The method employed is a descriptive qualitative approach using moderate-participatory observation. Data were collected through direct observation of planting sites, community involvement, seedling conditions, and post-planting maintenance management. The findings indicate that the greening activity successfully increased vegetation cover in priority areas, such as roadsides and public facilities, while boosting positive responses and environmental awareness among villagers. Collaboration among KKN students, village authorities, community leaders, and local youth proved effective in strengthening mutual cooperation (gotong royong) and fostering social ownership of the environment. The long-term sustainability of this program heavily relies on periodic maintenance commitments, watering, and joint monitoring after the initial planting.
