Rapid advancements in information technology have prompted government agencies and public service institutions to utilize websites as primary channels for information and communication. As Indonesia's largest military hospital, the RSPAD Gatot Soebroto website plays a crucial role in providing health information services to the general public, TNI personnel, and state officials. However, no in-depth evaluation of the website's usability has been conducted to date. This study aims to evaluate the usability of the RSPAD Gatot Soebroto website using the Website Usability Evaluation Tool (WEBUSE) method. A quantitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected via WEBUSE questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who had previously accessed the RSPAD Gatot Soebroto website. The questionnaire instrument comprised four key dimensions—Content Usefulness, Organization, Navigation and Links, and User Interface Design—consisting of a total of 21 statements. Analysis results indicate that the website's average usability score falls into the "Good" category; this suggests that the RSPAD Gatot Soebroto website offers a satisfactory level of ease of use, efficiency, and user satisfaction, although there remains room for improvement regarding visual design and information updates. The findings of this study can serve as a basis for developers to enhance the website's quality, thereby optimizing its ability to meet public information needs.
