This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the success of SIAPKerja as a digital placement service for Prospective Indonesian Migrant Workers (CPMI) at the Manpower Office of Ponorogo Regency. The research employs a modified DeLone-McLean Information System Success Model, incorporating system quality, information quality, digital service quality, and service effectiveness as key variables. A quantitative approach was applied through a survey of 188 SIAPKerja users, with data analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results indicate that system quality and information quality positively affect both digital service quality and service effectiveness. Notably, information quality has the strongest effect on digital service quality. Furthermore, digital service quality positively influences service effectiveness and partially mediates the relationship between system quality and information quality on service effectiveness. The R-square values show that the model explains 77.7% of the variance in digital service quality and 81.9% in service effectiveness, indicating strong explanatory power. These findings emphasize that improving system quality, information quality, and digital service quality are crucial factors in enhancing the success of SIAPKerja services. This research contributes empirically to the development of the information system success model in digital public services for migrant worker placement.
