<![CDATA[Rabies remains a public health problem in Indonesia, including the working area of Tatelu Community Health Center. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between knowledge, community attitudes, and the role of healthcare workers with rabies prevention behavior in the working area of Tatelu Community Health Center in 2026. A quantitative study with an analytical observational cross-sectional design was conducted involving 98 respondents selected through stratified random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using univariate analysis and the Chi-square test. The results showed that 90.8% of respondents had good knowledge, 53.1% had poor attitudes, 70.4% perceived the role of healthcare workers as adequate, and 83.7% demonstrated poor rabies prevention behavior. Significant relationships were found between knowledge and rabies prevention behavior (p=0.005) and between the role of healthcare workers and rabies prevention behavior (p=0.016), while no significant relationship was found between attitudes and rabies prevention behavior (p=0.056). The study concludes that knowledge and the role of healthcare workers are associated with rabies prevention behavior, while attitudes are not significantly associated with rabies prevention behavior among communities in the working area of Tatelu Community Health Center. Therefore, strengthening health education and promotion is essential to improve rabies prevention behavior.]]>
