Abstract

The research findings indicate that administrative service governance at the Palopo City Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs has implemented the principles of good governance through the provision of One-Stop Integrated Services (One-Stop Integrated Services or PTSP), the establishment of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), the use of digital media such as the PUSAKA application and official social media platforms to disseminate information, and the implementation of service time standards for each type of service. The principles of transparency, accountability, effectiveness, and responsiveness have been implemented reasonably well, thus supporting the delivery of administrative services to the public. However, implementation still faces several obstacles, including limited facilities and infrastructure, human resources, network connectivity, and budget constraints.
