This research aims to develop a digital module based on the Meaningful Learning approach to enhance high school students’ critical thinking skills in two-dimensional kinematics as self-paced learning material that supports 21st-century learning demands. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the Dick and Carey model. The product developed is an interactive digital module containing contextual and meaningful learning activities designed to improve students’ critical thinking skills. Expert validation results showed that the module was highly feasible, with scores of 86.3% for the media aspect, 95.83% for the content aspect, and 96.3% for the learning aspect. Limited trials involving 28 students obtained a positive response rate of 95.13%, while trials involving two educators resulted in a score of 93%, both categorized as strongly agree. Preliminary findings from the use of the digital module indicate an improvement in students’ critical thinking skills, as evidenced by an increase in the average pretest score from 57.62 to 74.52 on the posttest, with an n-gain score of 0.43 categorized as medium. Therefore, the developed digital module is strongly feasible as self-paced instructional material for fostering students’ critical thinking skills through meaningful learning experiences.
