The rapid growth of digital banking has encouraged Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) to introduce the BYOND by BSI application as an innovation in Islamic digital banking services. Despite this development, the gap between the number of BSI customers and active BYOND users, along with persistent complaints related to system reliability and security, indicates that customer adoption remains suboptimal. While previous studies have examined security, perceived risk, and system quality as determinants of digital banking adoption, limited attention has been given to digital pressure as a psychological factor influencing customer decisions. This study aims to examine the effects of security, perceived risk, system quality, and digital pressure on customers' decisions to use the BYOND by BSI application in Lhokseumawe City. An associative quantitative approach was employed using primary data collected through questionnaires from 100 BYOND by BSI users. Multiple linear regression using SPSS was used to examine the data. The results show that while perceived risk and digital pressure have no discernible impact on customer decisions, security and system quality do. All independent variables have a substantial impact on customer decisions at the same time. These results emphasize how crucial it is to boost system quality and security in order to boost client confidence and promote the use of Islamic digital banking services.
