<![CDATA[The era of disruption requires Christian Religious Education (CRE) to innovatively reformulate learning strategies. However, innovation is often narrowly misunderstood as being solely dependent on expensive digital technology. This descriptive qualitative research, utilizing a case study design, aims to analyze the innovative leadership of CRE educators rooted in Apostolic-Prophetic Theology to achieve appropriate innovation. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis, then analyzed using the data condensation model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. Findings reveal that the prophetic dimension equips educators with ethical sensitivity and critical consciousness to guide students toward higher-order thinking amidst moral crises. Meanwhile, the apostolic dimension provides visionary drive to restructure teaching methods that are solution-oriented, efficient, and missional. The dialectic of both pillars proves that true smart innovation lies in educators' pedagogical wisdom to generate contextual and transformative learning without over-relying on complex technological tools.]]>
