This study examines the model of influencer responsibility in stock promotion from the perspective of Islamic economic law. The rise of digital technology has created the financial influencer phenomenon, which significantly affects public interest and decision-making in investment, particularly in the Islamic capital market. However, the lack of clear regulations regarding influencer promotion activities poses ethical risks and potential harm to investors. Using a normative juridical approach, this research analyzes the principles of legal responsibility based on both positive law and Islamic values such as ‘adl (justice), ṣidq (honesty), and amanah (trust). The findings reveal that influencer responsibility should encompass three main dimensions: legal clarity, moral integrity, and ethical supervision, implemented through preventive and restorative measures. The proposed conceptual model serves as a guideline for regulators, industry players, and society to ensure fair, transparent, and Sharia-compliant stock promotion practices.
