Digital technology provides opportunities for MSMEs to improve the efficiency of transaction and inventory management; however, UD Sumber Barokah still relies on manual record-keeping using receipts and notebooks, resulting in suboptimal stock and transaction management. The main challenges faced by the partner include unstructured inventory management, manual transaction recording and reporting, the lack of sales data to identify fast-moving and slow-moving products, and the need to improve employees’ digital technology skills. The solution provided was the digitalization of inventory and transaction management through the implementation of a barcode-based Point of Sales (POS) system using the Kasir Pintar application. The activities included collecting and entering data for 300–500 SKUs, creating and applying barcode labels, digitalizing inventory and transaction records, providing staff training, operational assistance, evaluation, and developing a system user guide. The activities were conducted from June to August 2026 through five stages: socialization and needs analysis, human resource training and data preparation, implementation of barcode-based POS technology, operational assistance and evaluation, and program sustainability strengthening. The outputs achieved included the implementation of a barcode-based POS system for inventory and transaction management, improved capabilities of the owner and employees in using the system, availability of data for identifying fast-moving and slow-moving products, a video documenting the implementation activities, publication in an electronic mass media outlet, and a guidebook on digital inventory and transaction management using a barcode-based POS system
