Assessing how effectively a company manages its resources, generates profit, and sustains long-term operations requires comprehensive financial performance measurement. This study examines the financial performance of PT Archi Indonesia Tbk during the 2020–2024 period using the Du Pont System framework combined with Current Ratio analysis. A descriptive quantitative research design was employed using secondary data obtained from the company’s annual and financial reports. The analysis covered four Du Pont components, namely Net Profit Margin, Total Asset Turnover, Equity Multiplier, and Return on Equity, along with the Current Ratio. Each financial indicator was compared with the corresponding industry average to evaluate the company’s performance. The findings indicate a general downward trend in the company’s financial performance throughout the observation period. Net Profit Margin averaged 13.86%, while Return on Equity reached 35.66%, both exceeding industry benchmarks overall, although each showed a persistent year-on-year decline. Meanwhile, Total Asset Turnover and Current Ratio consistently remained below industry standards, indicating inefficiencies in asset utilization and limited ability to meet short-term liabilities. In contrast, the Equity Multiplier demonstrated an improved capital structure, reflected in decreasing reliance on debt financing. Overall, the combination of Du Pont analysis and Current Ratio provides a comprehensive assessment of profitability, asset efficiency, capital structure, and liquidity. The findings offer practical insights for management in evaluating financial conditions and developing appropriate improvement strategies, while also providing a useful reference for future research on corporate financial performance.
