Uncertainty in natural rubber production due to deterioration factors poses a serious challenge to the sustainability of rubber plantations. The EPQ (Economic Production Quantity) inventory model is suitable for this production environment, while the Fuzzy EPQ model accommodates parameter uncertainty. Meanwhile, sensitivity analysis is employed to examine how changes in parameters affect decision variables. Overall, the research findings indicate that the EPQ method is effective under conditions where parameters are relatively certain, whereas the Fuzzy EPQ method is better suited for environments characterized by uncertainty. Sensitivity analysis complements both methods by providing insight into the model's robustness against parameter changes, thereby enhancing the reliability of the resulting decisions for inventory management.
