Clean and Healthy Living Behaviors (PHBS) are essential preventive measures that should be instilled from elementary school age, as children are susceptible to infectious diseases such as diarrhea, respiratory infections, and intestinal worms associated with handwashing habits. Limited knowledge and skills in proper handwashing with soap (CTPS) may increase disease transmission risks in schools. This community service initiative aimed to improve students’ knowledge and skills regarding PHBS, particularly the six-step handwashing method recommended by the Indonesian Ministry of Health. The activity was conducted at Sidokelar Public Elementary School (SDN Sidokelar), involving students from lower and upper grades. The methods included health education using posters, videos, and educational songs, followed by demonstrations and hands-on practice led by the implementation team. Materials covered PHBS, the importance of handwashing, appropriate handwashing moments, and the six correct steps. Activities included preparation, material delivery, demonstration, practice, and assessment. Students participated enthusiastically, especially during practical sessions and handwashing songs. This initiative aims to raise awareness and encourage daily handwashing with soap to prevent infectious diseases
