Communication skills are one of the important skills in supporting social development, education, and character building of children. However, some orphans still experience limitations in interpersonal communication skills and self-confidence due to lack of guidance and a supportive environment. This community service activity is organized by the LABORA School of Management and aims to improve the communication skills of orphans through educational programs and communication training. The implementation method uses a participatory approach through the stages of needs observation, delivery of effective communication materials, speaking simulations, educational games, communication practice and activity evaluation. The target of the activity is the Al Gugel orphans in the Bogor area and was carried out on May 22-23, 2026. The results of the activity showed an increase in the courage to speak, the ability to express opinions, and the interpersonal communication skills of the participants. The training program also increased children's confidence in interacting with their surroundings. Community service activities based on communication training can be an educational medium in supporting the development of character and social skills of orphans.
