This study aims to analyze the influence of consumptive lifestyle and zuhud attitudes on the financial planning of students at STAI Idrisiyyah. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to students as respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression supported by statistical software, including validity, reliability, classical assumption, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that a consumptive lifestyle does not have a significant effect on students’ financial planning, while zuhud attitudes have a positive and significant effect on financial planning, both partially and simultaneously. These findings demonstrate that consumptive behavior and spiritual values in the form of zuhud play an important role in determining the quality of students’ financial planning. Therefore, controlling consumptive lifestyles and implementing zuhud attitudes wisely are essential in improving students’ financial planning and financial well-being.
