The office administration practicum is an experiential learning activity that allows students to apply administrative knowledge in a real-world work environment. This activity aimed to describe the implementation of the student's office administration practicum within the customer service unit of an electricity company in Panakkukang, specifically in the Customer Service and General Administration Division. The program spanned two months—from June 5 to August 7, 2026—comprising 45 effective working days. A descriptive approach was employed, utilizing participant observation, documentation, daily logs, and experiential reflection. The results indicate student involvement in tasks such as document printing, filling, processing, scanning, retrieval, archiving, verification, and data entry, as well as customer service, complaint handling, and assisting with digital service usage. Challenges encountered included understanding service workflows, using software applications, ensuring document accuracy, classifying archives, maintaining data entry speed, and mastering office equipment. These challenges were addressed through work-based learning procedures, observation, supervisor guidance, repetitive practice, re-checking, and communication with staff. The activity yielded technical and non-technical experiences that support student readiness for the workforce.
