Optimal Antenatal Care (ANC) visits and implementation of 10T service standards are important indicators in improving the health of pregnant women. This study aims to analyze the coverage of K1 and K6 visits and the implementation of 10T Bukit Sangkal Health Center. This study is a quantitative descriptive study with a cross-sectional approach. Data were collected in aggregate from antenatal care records for one calendar year 2024. Univariate analysis was conducted to describe the distribution of K1, K6, and 10T coverage. Bukit Sangkal Health Center showed K1 and K6 service coverage of 100,4% of the 486 target delivery mothers, with an equivalent number of 10T services. However, there was a significant decrease in December in all indicators. Visit coverage and 10T implementation were quantitatively good, but monthly fluctuations, particularly a decline at the end of the year, suggest a need to evaluate the recording system and continuity of care.
