The Tuberculosis Information System (SITB) is an integrated application used for recording and reporting tuberculosis (TB) cases through a single platform. A preliminary study at Samadua Primary Health Center found that TB patient records were still documented manually using TB forms, while online data entry into the SITB application was not performed immediately. This study aimed to analyze the factors influencing the use of the Tuberculosis Information System (SITB) and its effectiveness in synchronizing the pulmonary TB program at the North Padang Lawas District Health Office. This quantitative study employed a cross-sectional design and was conducted at 24 primary health centers within the working area of the North Padang Lawas District Health Office. A total of 50 respondents were included in the study. Data were analyzed using the Chi-square test and logistic regression analysis. The results showed that knowledge (p = 0.022), attitude (p < 0.001), availability of facilities and infrastructure (p < 0.001), work environment (p < 0.001), and leadership support (p < 0.001) were significantly associated with the effectiveness of pulmonary TB program synchronization. Multivariate analysis identified attitude as the most influential variable, with a p-value of <0.001. In conclusion, knowledge, attitude, availability of facilities and infrastructure, work environment, and leadership support were associated with the effectiveness of pulmonary TB program synchronization. Strengthening positive attitudes toward SITB utilization, supported by adequate facilities, a conducive work environment, and leadership support, is recommended to improve the implementation and synchronization of the pulmonary TB program.
