<![CDATA[The activity point calculation for determining the best committee member at UKKI of UPN “Veteran” Jatim had previously been carried out using spreadsheets. However, the criteria used were considered insufficient to represent important assessment aspects, while spreadsheet usage caused time-consuming data processing, potential human errors, and less optimal accuracy. To overcome these issues, a DSS was designed by implementing the AHP method to calculate criterion weights based on pairwise comparisons and consistency evaluation. The resulting weights were subsequently processed using the WP method to produce a more objective ranking outcome. The system was designed to improve accuracy and objectivity in selecting the best committee member. The assessment was based on five criteria: attendance in work programs (46.84%), activeness (26.81%), responsibility (14.36%), attitude (7.59%), and achievement (4.41%). Based on the calculation results, the committee member who obtained the highest score of 0.0241 was determined as the “best organizational administrator”.]]>
