The SRIKANDI application is a digital archiving and mail management system implemented within government environments to enhance bureaucratic efficiency. However, during its implementation at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) of South Sumatra Province, various operational constraints were still encountered by employees. This study aims to evaluate the usability level of the SRIKANDI application using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. Data collection was conducted by distributing standard digital SUS questionnaires to 13 employee respondents who directly interact with the system. The collected raw data were processed using IBM SPSS Statistics version 26. The descriptive analysis results showed a global mean SUS score of 66.54 with a standard deviation (\sigma) of 15.86, and individual scores ranging from 30.00 to 82.50. Based on the conversion matrix of the digital industry, the average score of 66.54 places the SRIKANDI application into the Acceptability Eligibility: Marginal (Marginal Low) category, Grade Scale: Grade D, and Adjective Rating: OK / Fair. These findings indicate that while the core functionalities of the system are operational, the user interface performance and application workflow are not yet optimal, remaining below the global average satisfaction index (score 68). The primary determinants of this lower usability score include the high perception of complexity in the mail disposition workflow and the high dependency of employees on technical assistance from IT staff.
