Learning motivation is one of the main drivers of students' academic success, particularly for final-year students who face the combined burden of completing a thesis, undergoing professional practice, and preparing for competency examinations. One external factor believed to play an important role in shaping learning motivation is the campus environment. This study aims to analyze the influence of the campus environment, comprising the physical, academic, and social environments, on the learning motivation of final-year Pharmacy students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. This study used a quantitative descriptive-correlational approach with a cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 110 students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the physical, academic, and social environments had a positive and significant effect on students' learning motivation, both partially (p 0.05) and simultaneously (F = 48.672; p = 0.000), with the academic environment being the most dominant dimension (B = 0.401), followed by the physical environment (B = 0.286) and the social environment (B = 0.198). Together, these three dimensions of the campus environment explained 58.2% of the variance in learning motivation (R² = 0.582). This study concludes that a conducive campus environment plays an important role in sustaining the learning motivation of Pharmacy students during the final stage of their studies, so that strengthening physical facilities, academic atmosphere, and social support on campus should be a priority for study program management.
