This study aims to analyze the role of human capital risk mitigation as an accelerator of superior organizational performance rather than merely a protective mechanism. The study employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) based on the PRISMA 2020 protocol, examining 30 international and national journal articles indexed in Scopus, ScienceDirect, Web of Science, and Google Scholar published between 2019 and 2024. The findings identified three major organizational challenges: competency gaps that hinder digital transformation, fragile leadership succession that threatens performance sustainability, and declining employee engagement that weakens productivity and innovation. The literature synthesis indicates that proactive mitigation of these three risks accelerates organizational performance by reducing hidden costs by 20–30%, increasing organizational adaptability by up to 34%, and strengthening psychological safety, which enhances innovation by 27%. Organizations with integrated human capital risk management systems achieve composite performance levels 1.5 times higher and recover from post-crisis conditions 40% faster. This study proposes the Integrative HCRM-Performance Accelerator Model as an evidence-based framework for achieving organizational excellence.
