Industrial activities in rural areas often generate multidimensional impacts, yet most existing studies examine only one dimension in isolation. This study analyzes the impact of PT Great Giant Pineapple (GGP) on the economic, social, and environmental conditions of Lempuyang Bandar Village, Central Lampung. Using a quantitative descriptive design, 98 household heads were selected via simple random sampling from a population of 5,235 households based on the Slovin formula. Data were collected through a structured five-point Likert scale questionnaire, tested for validity using the Pearson Product Moment correlation and reliability using Cronbach's Alpha, and analyzed using the Index Percentage (IP) method. Results show an IP of 82.6% for the economic dimension, 79.25% for the social dimension, and 53.9% for the environmental dimension, indicating strong improvements in income, employment opportunities, household welfare, and community development, alongside relatively low perceived environmental disturbance. These findings suggest that the company's presence has contributed positively to local development while maintaining acceptable environmental conditions. The study concludes that large-scale agro-industry can generate substantial positive externalities for surrounding communities, although continuous environmental management, monitoring, and sustainable corporate responsibility programs remain necessary to ensure long-term community welfare and environmental sustainability.
