This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through excellent service, promotion, and digital literacy on MSME performance. The study used a quantitative approach involving 100 MSME respondents. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results show that MSME empowerment, excellent service, promotion, and digital literacy do not partially have a significant effect on MSME performance, with significance values of 0.177, 0.258, 0.629, and 0.653, respectively. Simultaneously, the four variables also do not show a significant effect on MSME performance, with an F value of 2.077 and a significance value of 0.090. The R Square value of 0.080 indicates that the model explains 8.0% of the variation in MSME performance, while the remaining 92.0% is explained by other factors outside the model. These findings indicate that increasing empowerment capacity, service quality, promotion, and digital literacy does not automatically improve MSME performance. Therefore, MSME empowerment needs to be carried out integratively through strengthening business management, implementing digital technology, marketing strategies, customer service, and continuous assistance so that the knowledge and skills gained can be transformed into business capabilities that generate economic value.
