<![CDATA[Kaka Cake is a company located in Pakuan Baru, South Jambi District, Jambi City, Jambi Province. In this situation, transaction data recording and processing are still done manually instead of using a computerized system. As a result, records are still written on receipts before being transferred to a ledger, which takes a considerable amount of time and tends to be inefficient. Common issues with this system include errors in calculating sales receipts and delays in the monthly sales data recap, which requires a significant amount of time. Therefore, this study aims to design an information system for sales data processing at Kaka Cake in Jambi City to facilitate faster and more accurate sales and transaction management. The system is developed using the PHP programming language and a MySQL database to address existing issues. Additionally, the system development method used is the waterfall model, while system testing is conducted using the black- box testing method. This research results in a Sales Data Processing Information System capable of recording sales transaction information, printing sales receipts, and generating reports according to business needs.]]>
