Justin Florist is a floral arrangement business located in Jambi City that faces several problems, particularly in the ordering process, transaction recording, and payment verification, which are still conducted using conventional methods. These conditions may lead to recording errors, service delays, and potential business losses. To address these issues, this study applies the waterfall development method to develop a web-based floral ordering information system. This research aims to design and develop an information system that can improve the efficiency of the ordering process, transaction management, and payment verification. The research methodology includes requirements analysis, system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML) in the form of use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams, system implementation using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework, and an SQL (MySQL) database. The results of the study indicate that the developed information system is able to simplify the ordering process and manage transaction data more effectively and in a structured manner. Overall, this system can help improve service quality and has the potential to increase the order rate at Justin Florist.
