Madrasah Aliyah Ittihadul Khoiriyah uses manual attendance, causing transcription risk, delayed recapitulation, and difficult record retrieval. Objective: This study designed a web-based QR-code attendance prototype. Methods: The Prototype method covered requirements, design, construction, qualitative evaluation, and refinement; Laravel, MySQL, and black-box testing were used. Results: The system integrates master data, schedules, QR identification, attendance storage, filtering, notifications, and reports. Four login scenarios matched expected outputs. QR cases for valid, invalid, duplicate, and context-mismatched scans are specified, but no formal QR execution log or comparative timing/error data were available. Conclusion: The prototype demonstrates functional feasibility; claims of faster or more accurate operation require executed QR tests and quantitative field comparison.
