<![CDATA[The development of information technology provides opportunities for cooperatives to improve service quality, information delivery, and data management. Bahtera Ende Cooperative is a savings and loan cooperative whose use of information technology has not been optimal. Information delivery, service promotion, transaction processes, and member registration are still carried out manually, making data management less effective, requiring more time, and increasing the risk of recording errors. This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system with company profile and e-marketing features for Bahtera Ende Cooperative to support information delivery, service promotion, transactions, and online member registration. The research method used is the Waterfall method, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data analysis was conducted descriptively based on observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. System testing was performed using Black Box Testing to ensure that the main functions operate according to the specified inputs and expected outputs. The result of this study is a web-based information system that provides cooperative profile information, services, promotional media, transaction features, and online member registration. The developed system helps the cooperative manage information and services in a more structured manner and facilitates members and the public in obtaining information and accessing cooperative services. Based on the testing results, the main system features operated according to the specified requirements.]]>
