The rapid development of information technology has driven various innovations in digital service systems, including online game top-up transactions. One of the most popular games is Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, which uses diamonds as a virtual currency. The top-up process is generally carried out through websites or certain applications, which still presents several challenges such as multiple transaction steps and less efficient service. Therefore, a system that can provide convenience and speed in the transaction process is needed. This study aims to analyze and design a diamond top-up information system based on a chatbot integrated with the WhatsApp application. The method used in this research is system analysis and design using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach, including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams. The proposed system allows users to perform top-up transactions automatically through interactions with a WhatsApp chatbot. The results of this study indicate that the chatbot system integrated with WhatsApp is capable of providing automatic and real-time responses to users, thereby improving service efficiency and simplifying the transaction process. In addition, the system reduces manual interaction and accelerates the verification process as well as the delivery of diamonds to user accounts. In conclusion, the implementation of a WhatsApp-based chatbot in the diamond top-up system can be an effective solution to enhance the quality of digital services, particularly in terms of speed, convenience, and transaction efficiency.
