The rapid development of information technology has had a significant impact on library management systems, including in the field of education, particularly within schools. SMKS Putra Anda Binjai still relies on a manual library management system, which remains inefficient in terms of record-keeping, book searching, and the borrowing and returning process. Therefore, this study aims to design and build a web-based digital library application (E-Perpus) to simplify library management and services. The application was developed using the waterfall method, covering the stages of analysis, design, and implementation. It was built using the PHP programming language and a MySQL database, and it utilizes the Laravel framework. Testing results show that the E-Perpus application at SMKS Putra Anda Binjai runs well and makes it easier for users, particularly library staff, to access and manage library information effectively and efficiently.
