<![CDATA[The rapid development of information technology encourages business sectors to utilize information systems to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency. CV. Happy Track Tour, a car rental service provider, still manages rental data, tenant information, rental applications, transactions, and reports manually, causing difficulties in data management and increasing the possibility of recording errors. This research aims to design and develop a web-based car rental application that can assist the management of vehicle data, customer data, rental transactions, payments, and reports in an integrated system. The research method used consists of observation, interviews, literature studies, and system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML). The developed system was implemented using PHP programming language with MySQL database. The results show that the application can simplify rental management processes, improve data accuracy, and provide easier access for administrators and customers in conducting rental activities.
