Introduction/ Main Objectives: This study investigates the effects of digital payment, financial literacy, financial access, and mental accounting on the performance of microenterprises in Kuningan Regency, Indonesia. Using the Resource-Based View (RBV) framework, these four factors are conceptualized as technological, financial, and cognitive capabilities that may enhance business outcomes. Novelty: This study lies in integrating digital payment, financial literacy, financial access, and mental accounting into a single empirical model and testing their simultaneous effects on microenterprise performance within the specific context of Kuningan Regency using SEM-PLS. Research Methods: The research employed a quantitative survey method with 277 respondents selected from a population of 901 registered microenterprises, determined using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS. Finding/Results: The results show that the research model has adequate explanatory and predictive capabilities. Digital payment, financial literacy, financial access, and mental accounting have positive and significant effects on microenterprise performance. Conclusion: These findings support the Resource-Based View by indicating that technological, financial, and managerial capabilities contribute to improved microenterprise performance. This study contributes to the empirical literature by integrating these four determinants into a single explanatory model and provides practical insights for policymakers and entrepreneurs seeking to enhance the sustainability of microenterprises in local contexts.
