[IMPLEMENTATION OF A WEB-BASED PUBLIC COMPLAINT SYSTEM IN COT KEURANJI VILLAGE] This study discusses the implementation of a web-based public complaints system in Cot Keuranji Village as an effort to improve the quality of public services and the effectiveness of communication between the village government and the community. Currently, the manual complaint mechanism has resulted in delays in handling complaints and a lack of information transparency. The web-based complaint system is designed to facilitate the community in submitting complaints, aspirations, and reports quickly, easily, and in a structured manner. The system development method uses a waterfall approach, encompassing the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Implementation results indicate that this system can accelerate the complaint process, improve data accuracy, and provide more transparent access for both the community and management. Thus, the web-based public complaints system can be an innovative solution for realizing more effective, participatory, and accountable village governance.
