Lake Cambai, located in Prabumulih, South Sumatra, possesses significant ecological and socio-economic potential as a foundation for sustainable ecotourism. However, the absence of basic infrastructure and inclusive spatial planning poses challenges to its development. This study aims to identify and recommend essential green infrastructure to support water conservation and inclusive access for all community groups. Using a quantitative approach combined with literature review, regulations, and international standards, the research evaluates infrastructure needs such as sanitation facilities, universal pathways, clean water stations, and environmentally friendly public spaces. Results indicate that infrastructure development must prioritize accessibility, environmental sustainability, and compliance with national as well as international standards and policies. The proposed infrastructure includes gender-segregated eco-sanitation, inclusive pathways, solar lighting, eco-friendly rest areas, and nature trails with low ecological impact. These recommendations highlight the necessity of integrating green infrastructure planning into local policies to ensure both environmental preservation and tourism development. The study contributes to evidence-based planning for Lake Cambai as a resilient ecotourism destination.
