<![CDATA[This community service activity aimed to improve the understanding of MSME actors regarding the importance of business legality in Palangka Raya City. The program was conducted through legal counseling, interactive discussions, and direct mentoring involving 26 MSME participants at the Office of the Department of Industry and Trade of Central Kalimantan Province on Thursday, July 16. Initial identification indicated that 10 participants already possessed a Business Identification Number (NIB) and understood business legality aspects, whereas 16 participants required further assistance. Qualitative evaluations showed that participants gained an understanding of essential legal documents, basic procedures for obtaining an NIB via the OSS-RBA system, and technical document requirements. The mentoring sessions also assisted participants in mapping follow-up steps to fulfill business legality in accordance with their business profiles. Program outcomes were evaluated through qualitative observation, consultative discussions, and administrative mentoring without pre-test and post-test instruments. This activity serves as an institutional effort to strengthen legal awareness and encourage regulatory compliance among MSMEs.]]>
