The annual publication of the Construction Expansion Index (IKK) is available in the form of softcopy which can be accessed free of charge through the address http://publikasi.bps.go.id/. East Lampung Regency is the district with the lowest IKK in 2018. Viewed from the access side, East Lampung Regency is easily accessible because it is crossed by the east Sumatra road. This paper aims to examine one of the constituent variables of IKK, namely the price of split rock in East Lampung Regency. Some regions with high prices of building materials in Indonesia are caused by high purchasing power so that the number of IKK is also high, such as in the Districts of Buleleng, Badung, Tabanan, Jembrana, and Denpasar City. The results showed that the price of split rock in East Lampung Regency could be increased based on purchasing power and availability of access in East Lampung Regency. If split rock is produced in East Lampung Regency, the split rock can easily be sent to other regions on the island of Sumatra. If split stones come from other districts, then a high price can be determined related to purchasing power in the high East Lampung Regency.
