Indonesia's palm oil exports to China tend to increase in the 2010-2018 period. However, there was a decrease of 24.20 percent in 2016. This study aims to determine the effect of the devaluation of the yuan on Indonesian palm oil exports to China, both in the short term and in the long term. This study uses the Error Correction Mecanism (ECM) model to determine the effect both in the short term and in the long term. The results of this study indicate that the devaluation of the yuan is not a bad thing for Indonesia's palm oil exports to China in the long term.
