Bengkulu Province is one of the poorest provinces in Sumatra. Before formulating poverty eradication policies in Bengkulu Province, it is necessary to measure expenditure inequality. This study aims to measure the expenditure inequality among the population of Bengkulu Province using the data from National Social economic Survey of March 2019. The measures of inequality used are 1) Decile Dispersion Ratio, 2) World Bank Criteria, 3) Theil Index, 4) Gini coefficient and 5) Atkinson Index. The calculation was performed utilizing statistical package R. The advantage of R is user friendly and can be downloaded for free. Based on the five measures of inequality, expenditure inequality in Bengkulu Province is low. This proves that although Bengkulu Province is the poorest provinces on the island of Sumatra, the economic condition is homogeneous. Poverty with low inequality will be easier to handle because economic growth can be benefited equally by the population. Therefore, one way to eradicate poverty in Bengkulu Province is to increase the economic growth of its population
