Indonesia have economic potential that can be developed. This is also supported by various available resources. In line with that, Indonesia is currently the country with the largest economic market in Southeast Asia, even being one of the largest in the world. Nevertheless, Indonesia is still classified as a developing country with lower-middle income. In addition, Indonesia's economic growth in recent years has also experienced a slowdown. If this condition continues in the long term, Indonesia has the potential to fall into the middle income trap which will prevent Indonesia from transitioning to become a developed country and find it difficult to compete with other countries. Therefore, this study aims to analyze and examine the impact of labour, investment, and ICT development on the economic growth in Indonesia during 2015-2019. Using panel regression analysis, this study findings that labour, investment, and ICT development have a linear positive impact on economic growth. Thus, it can be said that these three variables are important determinants in order to increased economic growth. Furthermore, to see the spillover effects that occur between independent variables on economic growth, this study also includes interactions between independent variables. The results showed that there is a positive spillover effects between independent variables on economic growth, where the impact of an independent variable on economic growth would be greater along with the higher the other independent variables. In relation to the various results obtained, there are several policy suggestions and recommendations that can be provided to the parties concerned.
