One of the main benefits of the economic transformation of a country or a region key is measured by the improvement of farmers welfare consistently in the long term. The improvement of farmers welfare in Jambi Province shows the stagnation of agricultural development. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence farmer welfare in Jambi Province as measured by the reduction in rural poverty and the growth of per capita expenditure as dependent variable. The analytical method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The independent variables used are the growth of labor in the agricultural sector, the growth of agricultural productivity, changes in economic growth in the agricultural sector, the ratio of regional spending to the economy to total regional spending and investment growth in the agricultural sector. The results of the analysis prove that agricultural productivity growth, agricultural sector economic growth, and regional spending growth for economic activities have a direct impact on reducing rural poverty and increasing per capita expenditure in Jambi Province. Increasing agricultural productivity is very important to maintain the supply of agricultural products. Increasing the rate of agricultural economic growth is very important to keep the demand for agricultural products high. An increase in regional spending will encourage an increase in agricultural production capacity. The policy implications of these findings are the importance of agricultural revitalization policies, expanding marketing networks to keep demand for agricultural products high, as well as sharpening regional spending priorities for improving agricultural infrastructure and supporting facilities, increasing farmer skills, providing support and access to superior seeds, fertilizers, equipment and capital, as well as expansion of marketing networks. The implementation of the 2023 Agricultural Census is a momentum to prepare agricultural revitalization policies by providing data, information and knowledge that are accurate, up-to-date, timely, integrated and in accordance with international standards; and encourage the acquisition and development of integrated agricultural knowledge management
