<![CDATA[ABSTRACT The economic growth of Sarolangun Regency over the last ten years has increased except when the Covid-19 pandemic hit (in 2020). This increase is influenced by many factors, one of which is human resources. The Human Development Index (HDI) of Sarolangun Regency as an indicator of the development of human resources has also increased. Another factor that composes economic growth is physical capital in the form of investment (PMTB). So a study is needed to see the correlation between social capital and physical capital on economic growth in Sarolangun Regency. This study uses the Pearson Product Moment correlation test. The results of the study interpret that the relationship between the Human Development Index (HDI) and economic growth is significant at 0.000 and the r value is 0.995. Likewise, the correlation between physical capital and economic growth with a significance of 0.000 and an r-value of 0.981. The local government of Sarolangun Regency is expected to improve the quality of education and public health so that economic growth continues to increase. Likewise, it is recommended to open a labor-intensive investment faucet to absorb labor so that it can increase people's income. Keywords: Economic Growth; IPM; PMTB]]>
