Alleviation of stunting in Jambi Province has not been in line with the percentage of sanitation and adequate drinking water. In fact, besides toddlers, in the indicator of accelerating stunting alleviation target, BKKBN also sets targets for sensitive intervention services; including access to sanitation and adequate drinking water. Therefore, analysis related to toddler health that can describe Jambi Province as a whole is needed to support evaluation and program development more effective. Using binary logistic regression to the 2022 Susenas data did not find any significant influence of the quality of sanitation and drinking water on health complaints of children under five. However, with interaction variables, the results showed that the risk of toddlers living in houses with inadequate drinking water quality and the lowest 40% economic level to get health complaint; is 1,2 times higher than toddlers from households with access to adequate drinking water and an economic level in the top 20%. The implication for policy is that government programs can focus more on families of children under five with middle to lower economic conditions who cannot yet access adequate drinking water.
