<![CDATA[The advancement of information technology has significantly influenced various business sectors, including the culinary industry. One practical application of this technology is the development of a digital platform for cake bakery services. This study aims to design a prototype of a cake bakery application using Figma, based on the Design Thinking method. The goal is to simplify the cake ordering process, enhance user convenience, and improve the overall customer experience. The Design Thinking approach used in this study includes five stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The application is designed with a user-friendly interface to enable users to browse cake options, customize orders, schedule deliveries, and make electronic payments. The prototype was tested to evaluate usability, interface clarity, and system responsiveness. The results show that the design can improve user interaction and satisfaction by offering an intuitive and visually appealing platform. This prototype has the potential to support small and medium-sized bakery businesses in transitioning to digital services and increasing customer engagement. ]]>
