Sustainable tourism demands a balance between economic growth and socio-cultural integrity. However, the implementation of national standards such as Sapta Pesona often faces challenges when dealing with local socio-cultural realities. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Sapta Pesona Program at the natural tourism destination of Salu Pajaan from a sharia tourism perspective. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the elements of Sapta Pesona have been integrated with religious values, such as the realization of security based on Maqasid al-Shari'ah and cleanliness based on the principle of ṭahārah. Although physical and administrative governance have improved significantly, aspects of professional service (friendly and memorable) remain organic and require further standardization. Academically, this article constructs a synergy between national standards and religious values as an instrument for strengthening destination identity. Practically, this research contributes policy recommendations regarding the importance of cross-sector collaboration and strengthening human resource competencies to create competitive and sustainable destinations.
