<![CDATA[The phenomenon of excess uric acid in the body can cause a condition called gout, which is a disorder indicated by pain, especially in the joint area, due to the accumulation of monosodium urate crystals in the joints and soft tissues in the body. Data from WHO in the country profile of non-communicable diseases, the prevalence of gout in the 55-64 age group is around 45% (Syarifuddin, Taiyeb, & Caronge.2019). The effectiveness of Mahkota Dewa in treating gout is thought to be due to the levels of flavonoids present. This compound works to reduce uric acid by inhibiting xanthine oxidase activity in purines, which results in reducing uric acid production (Harmanto, Ning; 2022). Method: This study is an experimental study with a Pre-Experimental Design. The research design is One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sampling technique in this study is Total Sampling where the total population in this study is sampled as many as 30 people, namely menopausal women in Sei Silau Timur Village. Results: The analysis results obtained a value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05) so the hypothesis is accepted, this means that there is an effect of giving the influence of boiled water of the god's crown (Phaleria Macrocarpa (Scheff) Boerl) on uric acid levels in menopausal women in East Sei Silau Village. These results prove that giving the influence of boiled water of the god's crown (Phaleria Macrocarpa (Scheff) Boerl) is proven to be effective in reducing uric acid levels in menopausal women in East Sei Silau Village. Conclusion: There is an effect of giving boiled water of the god's crown on uric acid levels in menopausal women (Phaleria Macrocarpa (Scheff) Boerl) in East Sei Silau Village.]]>
