A straightforward, sensitive, and cost-effective spectrophotometric method was established and validated to quantify Mometasone Furoate (MOM) medication in both pure and pharmaceutical dose forms. This specific process involves creating an ion-pair combination of mometasone furoate with alizarin red dye. At a wavelength of 522 nm, the drug and dye combination was determined to have the maximum absorption. In order to improve the circumstances for complex formation, we examined and evaluated the dye concentration, temperature, reaction time, and impacts of acids and bases. The range of 5 to 40 µg/ml was accompanied by a straight line. The limits of detection were found to be 0.0134 µg/ml, whereas the limits of quantitation were 0.0407 µg/ml. The numbers 10584.42 L/mol·cm and 0.4944 µg/cm² for the molar absorptivity and Sandell sensitivity, respectively, were found. It was shown that the compound's stoichiometry was exactly one medication to one dye and vice versa using Job's method of continuous variations. The devised method was used to measure the amount of medication included in its pharmaceutical formulation.
