The SIGAP TUHA (Post-Disaster Emergency Response for Older Adults) Community Service Program aimed to improve the knowledge and attitudes of Karang Taruna youth in managing post-disaster emergencies among older adults. The program was conducted in Pandrah District, Bireuen Regency, involving 20 participants. The activities included Basic Life Support (BLS) education, simulations of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, splinting, victim transportation techniques, wound care, utilization of the SIGAP TUHA website, and pre-test and post-test evaluations. The results demonstrated an improvement in participants’ knowledge and attitude scores following the training. The mean score increased from 20.65 ± 3.04 to 24.75 ± 4.50, with a mean difference of 4.10 points. A paired-sample t-test indicated a statistically significant difference between pre-test and post-test scores (p=0.0023). The SIGAP TUHA program can enhance the capacity of Karang Taruna youth in community-based preparedness and emergency response for older adults.
