The crowding of patients and physical contact associated with conventional queuing systems in healthcare facilities pose a potential risk of disease transmission. This study aims to design a web-based, disease-transmission-preventing queuing system utilizing QR code technology for the Banyubiru Community Health Center (Puskesmas), with the goal of establishing a service that is safe, efficient, and contact-free. The study employs the Research and Development (R&D) method using the Five-Stage Research and Development Model (MANTAP), utilizing UML for system modeling and the MVC-based CodeIgniter framework. The developed system features online registration, contactless QR code scanning, automated voice notifications (via the Web Speech API), and real-time queue monitoring. Testing results yielded internal and external validation scores of 3.10 and 3.13, respectively, both falling within the "Valid" category. It is concluded that the system is viable and effective for implementation to alleviate crowding and mitigate the risk of disease transmission at the Banyubiru Community Health Center.
