This study aims to explore mathematical values in the Qur’an, develop an e-book on statistics for 11th grade, and determine its feasibility and practicality. The study employed a development method using a quantitative descriptive approach based on the 4D development model, which includes define, design, develop, and disseminate. The exploration was conducted through a literature review of the Qur’an, tafsir, books, and relevant scientific articles. The product was validated by three subject matter experts and three media experts, then pilot-tested with 28 11th-grade students at MA Nusantara. The results of the exploration revealed the presence of the values of orderliness, precision, balance, measurement, calculation, objectivity, honesty, and responsibility in the management of information relevant to statistics learning. The subject matter expert validation yielded a percentage of 92.2%, and the media expert validation yielded 90.7%, both of which fall into the “highly feasible” category. The pilot test with students yielded a practicality rating of 84.9%, classified as “highly practical.” These results indicate that the developed e-book meets the criteria for suitability and practicality as a supplementary learning resource for 11th-grade statistics. This study has not yet tested the e-book’s effectiveness on student learning outcomes.
